What does mobile tyre change cost?
With me a tyre change starts at 500 kr per car. I come to you, change the tyres where the car is parked and charge nothing extra for the trip within my area. The price you see is the price you pay.
The prices, plainly.
A car costs 500 kr for Basic and 600 kr for Complete. An SUV costs 600 kr for Basic and 700 kr for Complete, since the wheels are heavier and take a little more time. A trailer I change for 300 kr.
Book two cars at once and I take 100 kr off, since I'm already there. Refer a neighbour or friend and you both get 50 kr off via a code. Everything includes VAT.
What's included in the price?
The whole change done to the car manufacturer's specification. The wheels are removed and fitted in the right order, the bolts are tightened to the correct value with a calibrated torque wrench, the air pressure is adjusted and the tread depth is measured on all four wheels. The same checks a workshop does.
Choose Complete and you also get an email after the visit with notes on the tyres' condition, tread depth and roughly when the next change is due. Handy when you're judging whether the tyres will last another season.
Mobile or workshop: what's the difference?
The price for the change itself is often in the same range as a workshop. What you save is the time. No trip there, no queue, no waiting while you drink bad coffee in a waiting room. You do something else at home while the car stays on the driveway.
Payment is simple: Swish right after the change for smaller amounts, or an invoice if you're a company. No hassle with prepayment for an ordinary booking.
